CAD/CAM Seminar: The Address/Dubai Marina

They say the best things in life are free. Yes, especially if it is a 2000-dirham seminar that is all about the new blah-blah's of dentistry. I don't care about it, I just wanted the POINTS, the 7 precious points to complete my annual requirements for license renewal.
Anyway I just like to share to you a little something about what happened that day,May 13, Friday. The conference was held at The Address, Dubai Marina. It was a 2 day event but the penniless us could only attend the  last day for the obvious reason of no work. It was a very nice seminar indeed:
1. Free flowing coffee and water(sparkling), sweets, cakes and etc.
2. Venue was awesome
3. Enjoyed people watching a lot
4. I did not learn anything,lol
5. and for the second time, now I know why they call her Brenda.hahaha.(shhhhhhh.)

Whoever said Friday the 13th is unlucky?
Still, thank you very much to whoever you are who had brought us there.:)

The Address Hotel

Now I need  a glass of Coke and somebody  auditioning in the front and me asking " Have you got what it takes to be the next American Idol?" after.lol

Lunch wasn't free so we went to The Dubai Marina Mall.

We had a little fill at Yo! Sushi where i realized 2 things:

1. orange and black aren't a good combination(i will not tell the complete details, it's just for the 3 of us who were there,lol)

2. Dubai is really an expensive city. 8 or 10 bean pods, blanched and salted for 12 AED. What?

The certificates time. As always, people give up their composure, ethics and values for that piece of paper.

and look how amazing the toilets here are. can i move here?

outfit.this look kind of reminded me what I wore at the Saks' show although there are 4 things different here.
